It's going to be CNY in 2 days, and today we were dismissed at 10.30!! Yay!! Too bad the music area is cordoned off, so I can't practise harpsichord or the piano!!! Grr... Anyways, I wanted to go back to my primary school, seeing it's CNY celebrations, and the security guard said, "Must get the teacher, or else cannot go in" And you know what? He has been saying the same thing to me for the past 3 years since I graduated. Way to state, "We will always welcome you back!!" and then have the secu chase us off. They should issue tags or something to alumni and the secu would not have anything to say about it because WE HAD GRADUATED FROM THAT PLACE BEFORE!!! So pissed....
IT'S CNY FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!
Way to spoil my mood... Haiz... Now I'll just stay home and wait for the open house when I can GO IN LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Let's see you stop me now... >_<

I went to the Summer fest 2008 last night and it was so FUN!!! Although it got boring at the end... I spent $16 coz the food was so expensive!!! Dinner: Yakinori($5) + Icecream ($2) + Super bitter Green Tea in bottle ($2) + Sparkling Lemonade in a glass bottle with a glass marble in it ($2). Huff... I bought (for $1 each) a star-shaped light (red, blue and yellow blinking ones), a retractable dagger for my sis (it looks as though i stabbed the dagger into my brace...). Things I regretted not being able to do: Buy a geta ($29!!! I'll be broke!!!), renting a Yugata (too long a queue + rental was over at 4:30 and we arrived at 5:30), not bringing enough $$$ to get a sushi-shaped thumb-drive (slightly bigger than a thumb)(it cost $50!!!!!!!!). Haizzz.... I enjoyed the time there although it was raining, and Alethea was frantically fanning herself with the free complimentary fans. I was sorta disappointed that there was no cultural performance WORTH SEEING, like maybe a yugata fashion show or a dance (there was one at the end but we missed it), and there was this Taiko performance, but (no offence) drums is not music to me!! Next year I wanna go at 2:30 to rent the Yugata.

^^ Today Toa Bakka and Icey went to our primary school's open house, and we saw a lot of teachers whom we cannot name and some we can. Here's a list: 1) Mdm Azura 2) Mrs Sim (Mdm Wanna Goh) 3) Ms Lee 4) Mrs Lee 5) (not really a teacher) Ms Rani 6) (did not see) Mr Lee :( They had displays of the Performing arts ( Choir, Hip-hop, Chinese and Malay dances) and their (great) technology, like Tablets, Podcasting, Interactive White Board, etc. Now for a review... The Choir was better than I thought, and the Hip-hop ppl need more energy and sharpness. The Chinese and Malay Dance was not to my taste so I shan't comment... Technology is not interesting...unless it's Toa Bakka's PSP... Still, I wanna go for next year's open house^^. Too bad Amberle couldn't make it...
